Updated: July 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and VaySec concerning your access to and use of our cybersecurity consulting services.

2. Services

VaySec provides consulting services specializing in Identity Security, Microsoft Security, Cybersecurity Architecture, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the effective delivery of our services, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely and accurate information regarding their infrastructure, systems, and security posture.
  • Granting necessary authorizations and access to environments required for assessments or implementations.
  • Designating a primary point of contact with the authority to make decisions regarding the engagement.

4. Confidentiality

As a cybersecurity firm, we recognize the highly sensitive nature of the information we handle. VaySec strictly maintains the confidentiality of all client data, architectures, vulnerabilities, and strategic information. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law. Comprehensive confidentiality obligations are standard in all our formal engagements.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services rendered, the client will retain ownership of all specific deliverables created exclusively for them. VaySec retains all rights to its pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, frameworks, and tools used to deliver the services. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your internal business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

While VaySec employs industry-leading practices and expertise to strengthen your security posture, the cybersecurity landscape is constantly evolving. We do not guarantee that our services will prevent all cyberattacks, data breaches, or security incidents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaySec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
