The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.

VaySec strictly maintains the confidentiality of all client data, architectures, vulnerabilities, and strategic information. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law. Comprehensive confidentiality obligations are standard in all our formal engagements.
Upon full payment for services rendered, the client will retain ownership of all specific deliverables created exclusively for them. VaySec retains all rights to its pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, frameworks, and tools used to deliver the services. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your internal business purposes.
While VaySec employs industry-leading practices and expertise to strengthen your security posture, the cybersecurity landscape is constantly evolving. We do not guarantee that our services will prevent all cyberattacks, data breaches, or security incidents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaySec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with our services.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
